Takahiro Morooka as "Tanaka"

Takahiro Morooka, "Moro" to his friends, was born in Nagano, Japan. He moved to the United States in 2003 to attend the University of North Alabama where he majored in Music Industry Studies for 2 years. Moro then transferred to the University of Memphis to study Jazz Music and Performance and subsequently was awarded a full scholarship in 2005. While at Memphis, he began his acting career when he met the artist Pixy Liao and acted for her in the short film, “Suicide Note,” in 2007.

With continued interests in both music and acting, Moro moved to New York City in 2008 after receiving his B.A. from the University of Memphis. He is very excited to be part of the Death Ranch cast.
